Hi all, my band Haken has a CD out at the end of the month (March 29th Europe and 30th in the USA). Hopefully guitar players should find it interesting. The link below is a track from the album called 'Eternal Rain' feel free to download it!

Hey Charlie, it's Adam from ICMP here. I really enjoyed that, I look forward to hearing the rest. The middle section was killer! Were the tones all Axe-FX? I can has a copy of the album from where? |

Hi Adam, glad you liked it. Actually we used an ENGL Powerball for everything. As time was an issue (we had about a 2 week window in the studio), the guy mixing the album was keen to use something he was familiar with. I was happy with the ENGL, so that's what we used! Play seem to be the cheapest place to get it: http://www.play.com/Music/CD/4-/1359...s/Product.html Charlie |

OH DUDE! When I first listened to To-Mera, I read that Tom played bass in another band called Haken and I've been meaning to check it out, but kind of forgot. But this is pretty sweet man and great playing by the way. I'll definitely be picking up a copy!

Haken means "Of the Chosen". This album is very, very good. P.S. Charlie it's Matt here, logging in from down under. Getting excited for an Al Di Meola clinic in Sydney tomorrow!! ![]()

Nope... he bailed and left Australia quite suddenly (possibly due to an emergency back home) and cancelled the clinic plus all Aussy tour dates :( Hopefullly he'll come back soon! I wasn't very happy though.
